Antique, An Essex crystal and gold brooch
The crystal intaglio painted with a horse's portrait, with a mother-of-pearl back. Mounted in yellow gold.
Total width: Approx. 3.8 cm.
Total weight: Approx. 4.5 g.
The crystal is in good condition, with some surface scratches and wear around the edge. There do not appear to be any cracks or chips. The diameter of the crystal, inc. gold border is approx. 15 mm.
