A crystal and silver decanter
The handle with ornate vine leaves, the lid topped with an acorn finial. Hallmarked Birmingham. 

The silver rim inscribed:
"Presented to / SIR DENIS THATCHER / By his colleagues / at HALFORDS / December 1992"
